hey guys, i wanted to post this, cause this is the first painting that i ever really just saw it and something clicked, part of it has to do with my love of history and an affinity for history surrounding the french revolution. But i love how strong and powerful Napoleon looks, but at the same time calm and collected. And the clean diagonal line going bottom left to top right to show the strong collected side versus, the weak calamitous rebels. And the cheer size of the painting is aw inspiring, along with the rest of Versailles
